Book Review: Mindfulness Meditation - Cultivating the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind (Audiobook)

Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn is a prominent personality who popularized mindfulness meditation in the US. He is a professor, researcher, and a doctor.

There are two CDs in this compilation.

The first CD provides a great overview of mindfulness meditation and its benefits. The second CD provides detailed information on stress, what it is, how it happens, how we react to it, and how we can deal with it using mindfulness meditation.

In essence, mindfulness meditation is very simple and involves bringing your focus to your incoming and outgoing breath. The key and the hard part is to remind yourself to bring this focus to your breath, which we forget while we are living our life.
